Mediterranean table — rooted in the olive groves of the Aegean
Zeytin was born from a simple conviction: that the best meal is one that tastes of where it came from. Opened in 2019 on Kemankeş Caddesi, our kitchen draws from the olive-growing traditions of the Aegean coastline, the spice markets of the Levant, and the wood-fire cultures of Anatolia.
Every dish starts with a producer we know by name. Our olive oils are pressed in Ayvalık. Our cheese comes from a small dairy in Ezine. Our lamb is raised on thyme and wild grass in Kırklareli.
Our kitchen follows the market, not the other way around. If it's not in season, it's not on the table. The menu changes weekly.
Built around a wood-fire grill and stone hearth. Smoke, char, and slow heat are our primary tools. Nothing is rushed.
We bake our own bread, cure our own olives, and ferment our own condiments. Nothing comes from a tin if we can make it ourselves.
Lunch
A lighter spread of mezze, grilled fish, and slow-roasted vegetables. Ideal for a long, unhurried midday meal. Served Tue–Sun, 12:00–15:30.
Dinner
The full expression of what we do — wood-fired mains, a rotating vegetarian mezze platter, and house-made desserts. Tue–Sun from 18:30.
Chef's Table
Available for the whole table. The chef chooses what's best today — five courses with optional natural wine pairing. Request when booking.
Private Events
We host private dinners, corporate lunches, and celebrations for up to 40 guests. Contact us to arrange a bespoke menu.
